Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a part-time Patient Access Representative in Columbus, OH to support school-based vaccine and primary care teams. You will greet patients, register them, assist with check-in, and help answer our main scheduling line.
Day shifts Monday through Friday during the school year with summers off. This role requires accurate data entry for demographics and insurance, collaboration with clinical staff, and a focus on excellent customer service.

This position will work 5 days during the school year and will be off over summer break. Hours are day shift M-F between 7:30-4:30 based on school location and hours.
This position will work with our School Based Roving Vaccine and Primary Care teams, assisting with patient registration and check-in, appointment scheduling and assistance in answering our main scheduling line.
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for greeting and registering patients, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and pulling and filing medical charts when indicated.

One year of health care experience, preferred.
