Nationwide Children’s Hospital seeks an Patient Access Representative to greet and register patients, answer calls, and schedule appointments. You will pull and file medical charts as needed and ensure accurate demographic and insurance data during registrations.
The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and attention to detail. Some positions may require CPR certification and healthcare exposure.
