The MetroHealth System is hiring a licensed behavioral health professional to support the School Health Program (SHP). The role involves coordinating prevention and wellness initiatives, conducting mental health evaluations and treatments for patients aged 3 to 21, and collaborating with medical and school partners to promote community health.

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other Behavioral Health field from an accredited program.
• Current Ohio license as LISW or LPCC.
• 2+ years post-Masters clinical experience with patients.
• Experience with pediatric patients and managing a caseload.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem solving, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• Good time management and project management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate prevention and wellness programs for the School Health Program (SHP).
• Support SHP mission with independent work across diverse functions.
• Assist with development and implementation of prevention and wellness programming.
• Assist with communication, data collection and outreach activities.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Provide mental health evaluations and treatments for patients aged roughly 3–21 years.
• May provide services at off-campus locations as needed.
• Collaborate with medical and mental health teams; uphold MetroHealth System standards.
