Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program.
• Licensed by the State of Ohio as LISW or LPCC.
• 2 years of post-Masters clinical experience with patients.
• Experience with pediatric patients.
• Experience managing a caseload.
• Demonstrated program coordination skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to community locations.
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.
• Preferred: LISW-S or LPCC-S.
• Experience with psychiatric evaluations and dispositions.
• Experience with therapeutic interventions and treatment planning.
• Interest in community outreach, trauma-informed care, and social determinants of health.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate prevention and wellness programs for SHP.
• Assist with development and implementation of prevention programming.
• Support communication, data collection and outreach activities.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Provide mental health evaluations and treatments for ages 3–21.
• Offer diagnostic assessments, individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with medical and mental health teams as needed.
