As School Director, you are the general manager and community leader responsible for people, operations, P&L, enrollment growth, customer experience, quality, and business results.

You may come from early childhood education or from another customer-focused industry; what matters most is your ability to lead, own results, understand KPIs and drive growth and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Leadership experience in operations, general management, customer experience, business management, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams with accountability for business and operational results.
• Early childhood experience is valued, but not required for candidates with strong transferable leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L, revenue, enrollment, labor, expenses, and key performance indicators.
• Lead enrollment, occupancy, retention, and local growth strategies.
• Partner with Marketing and community organizations to increase awareness and demand.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build an engaged culture and develop future leaders.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant school operations.
