Job summary

Perrysburg Exempted Village School District is seeking a Maintenance/Grounds Specialist II to perform grounds and maintenance duties across school facilities. Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Clear criminal record with BCII and FBI checks.
• Two years of maintenance/physical plant experience.
• Proficiency with computer technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds and maintenance duties across facilities and grounds.
• Maintain and prepare equipment for storage.
• Remove snow, ice, and debris as directed.
• Inspect safety equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Protect district property and respond to emergencies.
