Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in building and grounds maintenance and repair.
• Motor Vehicle Operator's license or ability to provide own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain school buildings and grounds in neat, safe, operable condition.
• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
• Inspect equipment and facilities and recommend repairs.
• Regulate HVAC systems for safe, economical operation.
• Open/close buildings and secure entrances and windows during/off hours.
• Maintain inventory and obtain supplies as needed.
• Document work and repairs with records.
