Job summary

Spring ISD is seeking a Receptionist for Bailey MS in Spring, Texas for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is full-time, nonexempt, with 195 work days. Starting pay ranges from $24,180 to $28,439, with duties including greeting visitors, directing staff and students, and handling incoming calls.

Minimum qualification is a high school diploma or GED. Preferred candidates have 1+ years related experience and the ability to work well with children and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate telecommunication system to screen calls, transfer calls, respond to inquiries and/or take messages.
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.
• Receive and process documents and maintain records as required.
• Distribute and post mail and track deliveries from UPS and FedEx.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by campus administration.
