Qualifications

• 3+ years of foodservice or hospitality experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred in related field.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent execution of food quality, portioning, presentation, and service standards.
• Support team leadership and development, including hiring, training, coaching, scheduling and performance management.
• Drive financial performance by managing labor, food and supply costs, and cash handling.
