Chartwells K-12 in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Food Unit Lead to coordinate activities of food-service staff and ensure a positive dining experience for customers. This full-time role is located at American Leadership Academy with on-site training provided for supervisory and food-service duties.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a pay range of $16.50 to $19.00 per hour. Chartwells K-12 provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory and food service experience preferred.
• On the job training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees and ensures a quality customer dining experience.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages in line with standards for sanitation, safety and portion control.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely, efficient meal service.
