Chartwells K-12 is hiring immediately for a full-time Food Unit Lead in Flagstaff, AZ. You will coordinate activities of other food-service staff, ensure quality meals, and maintain safety and sanitation standards.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 2:15 pm, with a pay range of $20.00 to $20.60 per hour. Prior management experience is required, and online applications are accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in accordance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control.
• Helps plan menus.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Directs and participates in the overall sanitation and safety of the facility and employees.
