Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains daily and monthly records, inventories, invoices, and reports deficiencies.
• Participates in meal preparation including menus, ordering supplies, and serving.
• Follows approved menus and standardized recipes.
• Uses computer, POS software, email, and web browsing.
• Handles daily revenues including cash drawer counts and recording monies.
• Reports problems or accidents to Kitchen Manager or Food Service Director.
• Follows federal/state/local food safety regulations and district policies.
• Attends meetings and trainings as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
