Qualifications

• Prior experience as a food service employee.
• Knowledge of state and federal nutritional regulations.
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, stretch, and lift 30–50 lbs.
• Good character, courtesy, efficiency, cleanliness, and student welfare focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily/monthly records, inventories, invoices, and reports.
• Assist in meal preparation, menus, ordering, serving, and cleanup.
• Follow approved menus and standardized recipes for foods.
• Operate a computer, POS software, email, and web tools.
• Handle daily revenues including cash count and reporting.
• Report issues to Kitchen Manager or Food Service Director.
• Adhere to food safety regs and district policies.
• Attend trainings and complete duties as assigned.
