• Researches products, vendors, and regulations for purchases and compliance.
• Secures substitutes for absent employees to maintain operations.
• Supervises staff and site operations to meet performance goals.
• Supports Supervisor of Food Services with scheduling, purchasing, and personnel actions.
• Takes catering orders and coordinates events professionally.
