Job summary

Maschio's Food Service Inc. is seeking a Lead Food Service Worker for a school program in the Mount Olive, NJ area. The role is Monday through Friday, day shift, about 6 hours daily, with summers off and no weekend or holiday work.

The ideal candidate has food service experience and is able to obtain the necessary documentation to work in schools, with NSLP guidelines followed for food preparation and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, preferably in K-12 settings.
• Able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools.
• Day shift availability, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation according to NSLP guidelines (hot and cold).
• Cooking skills as required by menu and NSLP standards.
• Use of PPE at all times.
• Ordering, inventory, stocking and related tasks.
• POS/cash handling.
