Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively deal with the public and staff both in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receipting process and documents monies collected.
• Verifies deposits and reconciles bank deposits with receipts.
• Prepares purchase orders and processes disbursements to vendors.
• Maintains Student Activity Funds budgets and prepares financial reports.
• Keeps and files monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for Student Activity Funds.
