Vertex Education is seeking a School Finance Analyst to support the financial health of partner schools. You will assist with monthly close, prepare board materials, and coordinate audits to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Financial analysis experience or accounting background.
• Understanding of educational finance regulations and reporting.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or Sage Intacct or similar

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial close and reporting for 4-5 client portfolios.
• Prepare and edit board materials and presentations.
• Coordinate audit documentation and respond to requests.
• Assist with grant budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
• Provide timely, accurate financial information to clients and team.
