Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs plumbing, carpentry, electrical and painting of building systems.
• Maintains safe and secure school environment.
• Performs snow and ice removal as applicable.
• Performs lawn care including landscaping and mulching.
• Assists custodians with school activities as applicable/required.
• Maintains sporting fields including fence repair.
• Performs roof repair work as applicable.
• Assists in setting up sporting events.
• Picks up and delivers supplies, furniture and equipment within the district.
• Maintains relationships with contractors, vendors and service personnel.
