Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC technical training and certification with related facilities experience.
• Commercial driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of students.
• Maintain HVAC and building management systems and related equipment.
• Perform general maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Travel between district facilities as needed.
• Attend on-call emergency rotations.
