Responsibilities

Lead and oversee building and grounds operations to ensure safe, clean, and accessible facilities.
Supervise, evaluate, and train staff; support professional development.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and emergency standards.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance for facilities, equipment, and grounds.
Assist with facility planning, renovations, and construction projects; monitor vendor/contractor performance.
Manage day-to-day custodial work, including landscaping, snow removal, and event support.
Support budget management, procurement, and resource allocation.
Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation, and reporting systems.
