Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 10+ years facilities management with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance policies and procedures.
• Proficient in data analysis, budgeting, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility-related projects including renovations and improvements.
• Develop SOPs and lead facilities team to ensure safe, functional environment.
• Manage Maintenance Manager and PM schedules; ensure PM records.
• Establish SLAs and PD programs for staff development.
• Plan coverage, shifts, and on-call rotations.
• Maintain PM records and safety compliance.
• Manage budgets, bids, and vendor contracts.
• Oversee work orders/CMMS and KPI reporting.
