Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive facilities management strategy that keeps the campus safe, functional and conducive to learning.
• Direct maintenance, custodial, and security staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Manage renovations, repairs and new construction projects from blueprint to ribbon-cutting with fiscal responsibility.
• Implement and maintain rigorous safety standards and emergency preparedness protocols.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and value.
• Provide setup and support for on- and off-campus events, including security and equipment arrangements.

• Event Overseer: Provide set up and support for our many on and off campus events. Set up, security and equipment.
