Cherry Creek Schools in Aurora, Colorado, is seeking a Custodial and Maintenance Supervisor responsible for supervising all custodial staff and the overall maintenance of the assigned facility, buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will manage staff schedules, inventories, and seasonal projects across the school complex.

The role includes coordinating contracted services, leading maintenance efforts, and ensuring safety and preventive maintenance measures are in place.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of professional general maintenance and repair work experience.
• Ability to train employees and operate custodial equipment.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.
• Must meet insurability requirements of the Colorado School District Self Insurance Pool.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and checks the work of district custodians in their respective assignments.
• Delegates or assumes responsibility for night crews for school activities and events.
• Oversees maintenance and monthly area maintenance plans.
• Manages time and attendance for custodians and monitors contracted cleaning services.
• Performs minor repairs and coordinates supplies for custodial services.
• Ensures compliance with AHERA regulations and safety procedures.
