Cherry Creek School District is seeking a supervisor to oversee custodial staff and the overall maintenance of assigned facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will manage staff schedules, inventory, and seasonal projects, ensuring safety and compliance across district properties.

The role requires knowledge of custodial operations, ability to lead teams, and experience with building maintenance procedures. Colorado driver’s license is required; a background check will be conducted.

Formación

• High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma.
• Three (3) years of professional general maintenance and repair work experience.
• Must meet insurability requirements of the Colorado School District Self Insurance Pool.
• Ability to train employees and operate custodial equipment.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise district custodians in their assignments.
• Manage night crews for school activities and events.
• Oversee duties during inclement weather.
• Supervise contracted services and building maintenance.
• Order custodial supplies for the district facilities.
• Perform minor repairs and direct custodians to fix issues.
• Monitor time and attendance for custodians.
