Cherry Creek Schools in Centennial, CO is seeking a custodian/maintenance worker to perform building and outdoor maintenance across district schools. The role may be reassigned within the District to cover vacancies.

Duties include cleaning, graffiti removal, patching and painting, basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC work, assisting with events, outdoor upkeep, snow removal, and responding to service requests. The position requires reliability and ability to work both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• HSE diploma required.
• No professional experience required.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.

Responsabilités

• Perform building maintenance tasks: cleaning, graffiti removal, patching, painting, and basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC tasks.
• Support school activities by setting up, tearing down, and cleaning up; open buildings on schedule.
• Perform outdoor maintenance: sweep, trash removal, snow/ice removal, annual exterior power washing.
• Respond to service calls via radio/cell and assist with emergency biohazard cleanups.
• Audit facilities and report maintenance needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
