• Maintains facilities and performs routine repairs to plumbing fixtures, lighting, door hardware, and safety systems.
• Cleans buildings to maintain sanitary, safe and attractive environments.
• Performs daily health and safety walks/inspections to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Oversees custodial staff and substitutes, ensuring shift coverage and evaluating performance.
• Inspects facilities for safety, maintenance needs, and renewals; refers to district personnel as needed.
