Qualifications

• Fingerprint Clearance Card: Must have a Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card prior to processing.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned school facilities (classrooms, offices, restrooms, grounds, etc.).
• Coordinates scheduled events, meetings, stage events, etc. to ensure availability of facilities and/or equipment.
• Supervises and supports personnel to maximize efficiency of the work force, assisting in performance evaluations and meeting shift requirements.
• Greets individuals not known to be district employees, parents, etc. to maintain campus security.
• Inspects facilities for safety and cleanliness, identifying vandalism, equipment damage, weather issues, etc.
• Prepares documentation (schedules, work orders, requisitions, etc.) to convey information.
• Prepares facility for daily operations (opening gates, doors, security systems, etc.) for occupancy and safety.
• Procures supplies and equipment to ensure availability of items needed for maintenance.
• Responds to immediate safety/operational concerns to resolve issues and maintain a functioning educational environment.
• Trains assigned personnel on safety and cleaning procedures.
