Job summary

Annandale Public Schools is seeking a Head Custodian for an 8-hour day, 261 days per year. The role oversees daily operations of the elementary school, supervises custodians, and maintains heating/cooling systems to ensure a safe, healthy environment for students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned school building.
• Supervise building custodians and manage heating/cooling systems.
• Maintain and repair the building to ensure safety and comfort for students, staff, and the public.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and safety procedures.
