Job summary

Cherry Creek School District seeks a Facilities Maintenance worker to perform building preventative and outdoor maintenance at district schools. You may be temporarily reassigned to other campuses to cover vacancies.

Qualifications

• High School Equivalency diploma is required.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.
• No professional work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance tasks: cleaning, graffiti removal, patching and painting, minor electrical/plumbing/HVAC tasks.
• Set up, tear down, and clean up for school activities and events.
• Outdoor maintenance: sweeping, trash removal, snow/ice removal, pressure washing sidewalks yearly.
• Respond to service calls; may perform emergency biohazard cleanups.
• Audit facilities and report maintenance needs to the appropriate team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
