Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute maintenance, repair, or improvement projects.
• Coordinate with staff, contractors, and vendors to meet timelines.
• Monitor progress and report issues to the Director of Facilities.
• Perform skilled tasks in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and safety regulations.
• Inspect facilities for hazards and address concerns.
• Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal tasks.
• Support construction or renovation of district facilities.
