Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
• Such additions/alternatives to qualifications as may be appropriate and acceptable

Responsibilities

• Assigns, supervises and inspects custodial staff tasks including cleaning, moving furniture, lawn care, snow removal and parking lot upkeep.
• Performs routine building maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Supervises custodial staff and opens exits, checks cleanliness, notes issues and instructs night staff.
• Oversees snowplowing operations and coordinates with maintenance.
• Maintains doors/panic hardware; conducts minor repairs and painting as needed.
• Reports major repairs to maintenance; manages inventories and supplies.
• Maintains time records and adheres to district procedures.
• Maintains professionalism and adapts to changing priorities.
• Works independently with minimal supervision; performs other related duties as required.
• On-call at all times with assigned Board of Education cell phone.
