Qualifications

• Custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate tasks.
• Familiarity with safety rules and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, and welcoming district environment.
• Supervise custodial staff and schedule workloads.
• Ensure compliance with district guidelines and safety policies.
• Communicate with school administration and community.
• Operate and maintain boilers and major equipment.
• Assist with summer/holiday cleaning and waxing programs.
