Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of school custodial experience preferred or equivalent training.
• Must read, write and comprehend English at 8th grade level; basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and plan cleaning and maintenance tasks in secondary level school buildings.
• Provide training to custodial staff and evaluate performance.
• Prepare work schedules and reports; coordinate with principal and teachers.
• Maintain and regulate HVAC systems by changing air filters and reporting issues.
