Qualifikationen

• Standard high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with cleaning, floor and restroom care, and equipment maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and climb ladders.
• Willingness to work in undesirable locations/conditions.
• Follow written and oral instructions and work well with others.

Aufgaben

• Assist Head Custodian or Supervisor with duties.
• Perform custodial and preventative maintenance in all district locations.
• Clean woodwork, walls, furniture, and windows with approved products.
• Mop, scrub, wax, vacuum and spot-clean carpeting and floors.
• Climb multilevel stairwells or ladders to complete tasks.
• Move furnishings as needed for cleaning and meetings.
• Maintain inventory and restock supplies as required.
• Follow safety procedures and protect equipment and keys.
