Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Two years experience as Engineer I–III or related custodial/facility maintenance experience.
• Equivalent education/experience may satisfy the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Schedule and supervise a small facilities team; assign priorities and evaluate performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs; coordinate with district staff.
