Richfield Public Schools in Minnesota is seeking a full-time District Facilities Engineer responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational efficiencies of HVAC, pneumatic, electrical and plumbing systems. This role requires a minimum of six years’ experience and licensure as a State of Minnesota Chief Class C boiler operator.
The position offers a pay rate of $30.32 - $35.62, based on education and experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a full-time District Facilities Engineer. This position will oversee, coordinate and regularly evaluate the maintenance and operational efficiencies of all District HVAC, pneumatic, electrical and plumbing systems; boilers, pumps and mechanical equipment to help ensure that all facilities have a safe, secure and comfortable environment for staff, students and visitors. This role will participate in the development, refinement, implementation and ongoing evaluation of the District's energy management program and the comprehensive preventive maintenance planning and equipment replacement schedules required for compliance with District policies and applicable regulatory standards or licensing requirements.
