With a competitive pay rate of $30.32 - $35.62 based on education and experience, this role requires a minimum of six years’ experience and a State of Minnesota Chief Class C boiler licensure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years' experience in the operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, pneumatic, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• State of Minnesota Chief Class C boiler licensure required.
• Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate the maintenance and operational efficiencies of all District systems.
• Participate in the development of the District's energy management program.
• Ensure facilities provide a safe, secure, and comfortable environment.
