Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in maintenance of HVAC, pneumatic, electrical and plumbing systems.
• State of Minnesota Chief Class C boiler licensure required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate the maintenance of all District facilities.
• Implement and evaluate District's energy management program.
• Develop comprehensive preventive maintenance plans.
