Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Experience with cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, and minor maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, polish and strip floors.
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Wash and polish furniture; clean kitchen and boiler room.
• Clean exterior and interior windows, blinds, fixtures and walls.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Move furniture and unload trucks as needed.
• Monitor and stock supply room; deliver packages.
