Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and some cleaning experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
• Ability to perform manual tasks and lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Keeps building and premises neat and clean.
• Ensures exit doors are secured and working during occupancy.
• Vacuuming and dusting classrooms daily; cleaning corridors after school.
• Disinfects toilets and fixtures daily; cleans windows twice yearly.
• Maintains grounds including mowing, trimming, weeding, and snow removal.
• Opens/closes the building; ensures lights and doors are secure.
