You will perform custodial tasks, minor repairs, and event setup, while coordinating with administration and the Facilities Team. This role requires physical work, reliable teamwork, and professional communication to maintain a welcoming, faith-filled environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience performing general handyman repairs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including email communication.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Review and complete maintenance work orders promptly.
• Coordinate emergency repair services under the direction of School Administration.
• Perform routine cleaning and floor care throughout the campus.
• Set up and tear down for parish, school, athletic, and community events.
• Communicate effectively with staff and contractors to address maintenance requests.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report concerns.
