Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership and organizational skills to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience performing general handyman repairs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial services and keep the school and parish campus clean and safe.
• Assist with light building repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Set up and tear down for parish, school, athletic, and community events; provide event support.
• Assist with snow removal, ice control, and winter maintenance.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly and recommend corrective action to the Director of Custodial Maintenance.
