Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and work from ladders/scaffolding.
• Must follow written and oral instructions and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and preventative maintenance duties across district facilities.
• Clean woodwork, walls, furniture, and windows using approved products.
• Mop, scrub, strip, wax, shampoo, vacuum, and spot-clean floors and carpets.
• Move furnishings and operate small equipment safely to complete tasks.
• Respond to safety concerns and maintain secure, orderly facilities.
