Qualifications

• Instructs custodians in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Schedules custodians and assigns overtime as needed.
• Serves as point of contact for administration and staff.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment and safety records.
• Coordinates snow removal to keep schools open on time.
• Ensures building security and monitors fuel levels.
