Job summary

Colorado Springs School District 11 is hiring a Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) for School Embedded Coach in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on coaching teachers, developing standards-aligned instruction, and strengthening MTSS implementation to boost student outcomes.

The position reports to the Principal and supports district priorities through data-informed practice, PLC collaboration, and professional learning across content areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field is required.
• Experience as instructional coach or leader is preferred.
• Strong data-informed instructional planning and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers.
• Coordinate school and district initiatives related to instruction and equity.
• Use data to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes.
• Model best practices and share innovative instructional strategies.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Support school culture and student engagement through MTSS and Tier 1 supports.
