Job summary

Colorado Springs School District 11(co) seeks a TOSA - District Embedded Coach to lead instructional improvement across Academics, reporting to the Director of Academics. The role supports teachers, coordinates district initiatives, and uses data to guide program development. The position emphasizes equity, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.

The DEC will work within the 2026-2027 Teacher/SSP Salary Schedule, 1.0 FTE, 197 days/year, and exempt status, starting immediately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field required; Colorado teaching license required.
• Master’s degree and/or district coaching experience preferred.
• Three years of successful classroom or instructional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers and staff.
• Coordinate school and district initiatives focused on instruction and technology integration.
• Use data to guide instructional decisions, interventions, and program development.
• Model best practices and share innovative strategies to improve teaching and learning.
• Foster collaboration, communication, and partnerships with families and staff.
