Qualifications

  • Texas Peace Officer License – Advanced Certification; Masters Certification preferred.
  • Ten years as a Peace Officer; SBLE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise subordinate personnel, including assignment of duties.
  • Review reports prepared by officers and ensure training compliance.
  • Assist with campus patrols and respond to crisis situations.
  • Arrest perpetrators and file appropriate charges; testify in court as needed.
  • Coordinate with other agencies and liaise with campus principals.
  • Maintain and file reports, records, and training documents.
