• Maintain, repair, and install building systems (mechanical, electrical, sanitary) across the district.
• Perform major mechanical repairs on district vehicles with minimal supervision.
• Daily cleaning and servicing of buses and vehicles; grounds maintenance as required.
• Maintains and services HVAC systems to ensure safety and proper operation.
