Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED desired.
• High School or State Vo-Tech courses desired.
• Capability equivalent to that normally achieved through 18 to 42 months of continuous semi-skilled work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists with boiler repair.
• Assists with repair of gas, air and water leaks associated with HVAC systems.
• Assists with the installation of mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Routine preventative maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Minor repairs and/or replacement of HVAC equipment.
• Routine maintenance and repair of electrical controls and circuits.
• Investigates, identifies and corrects unusual odors, conditions and sounds which might indicate a potential problem.
• Maintains all tools and equipment related to position.
• Maintains and drives service truck.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
