Job summary

Sage-Truck-Driving-School in Durham, NC is seeking a highly motivated, experienced team-player to lead day-to-day training operations for our established truck driver training program.

The Director will report to the Regional Manager and President, overseeing admissions, scheduling, instructors, student files, and ensuring financial health and compliance across the operation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of successful management, sales and administrative experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills; strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead local team of instructors and staff.
• Oversee student admissions and lead calls.
• Recruit and sell programs to students and customers.
• Schedule instructors, students, trucks and CDL tests.
• Coordinate outreach to funding agencies and manage records.
• Handle tuition invoicing and prompt collections.
• Ensure financial management, cash flow and revenue.
• Monitor CDL program quality and safety for staff and students.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and general administrative tasks.

Seeking a highly motivated, experienced team player manager to lead day-to-day training operations for an established truck driver training program. The individual would report to a Regional Manager and also the President.
